By accessing and using the Roman's Pizza Feedback Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA).
The Platform allows customers of Roman's Pizza (Pty) Ltd ("Roman's Pizza") to submit feedback about their in-store experiences, including ratings, comments, and contact details. The service is provided free of charge and does not constitute a contractual relationship beyond these terms.

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—is the property of Roman's Pizza (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
By submitting feedback, you grant Roman's Pizza a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and publish your feedback (in anonymised form) for internal and business improvement purposes.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Roman's Pizza does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act and applicable South African law, Roman's Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of R1,000 (one thousand Rand).
While Roman's Pizza endeavours to review and respond to all feedback, submission of feedback does not guarantee a response, investigation, or specific action. Roman's Pizza reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action for any feedback received.

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA), by using this Platform you consent to receiving electronic communications from Roman's Pizza in connection with your feedback. Roman's Pizza reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
